Dr. Navin Rachwani, born in Malaga, is a doctor by vocation. Graduate in Medicine from the University of Malaga (2002-2008). He trained as an Ophthalmology Specialist at the University Hospital Vírgen de la Victoria of Málaga (2009-2013) where he continues today as a consultant. He obtained his PhD degree with Cum Laude distinction from the University of Malaga in September 2017 with the thesis "Considerations on Central Serous Chorioretinopathy. Analysis of the results obtained by Angiofluoresceingraphy, Autofluorescence and Optical Coherence Tomography". After successfully passing the exam for the European Board of Ophthalmology Diploma (EBOD) in November 2021, he has obtained the title of "Fellow of the European Board of Ophthalmology" (FEBO).

He combines his medical activity in the Servicio Andaluz de Salud with the private sector in international reference hospitals such as Hospital Quirónsalud Marbella and prestigious clinics such as Helicopteros Sanitarios.

He is a member of important scientific societies related to ophthalmology such as the Sociedad Andaluza de Oftalmología (SAO), the Sociedad Española de Oftalmología (SEO) and the European Society for Cataract and Refractive Surgeons (ESCRS).
